I tend to agree with your theory regarding the “scoundrels”, it sounds logical. Maybe a trilogy of the Han Solo movie, followed a Bobba Fett movie, and ending with the an Obi Wan Movie. How cool would it be if the final scene of the third (Obi Wan) movie ends with Han Solo in the Cantina with Greedo, as a lead into episode IV? (Sort of like how Rogue One finished also with a lead into episode IV)
