It’s here, it’s here! The Rogue One trailer breakdown is here in a bonus episode of the Star Wars 7×7 podcast for you! In case you’ve been under a rock and missed it, or you just want to watch it one or two times more, here’s the Rogue One trailer for you:
Now, that was a wild 13 hours and change. The announcement came at 6:30pm Eastern, on the official Facebook page for Star Wars, that the Rogue One trailer would be debuting on Good Morning America today. Twitter lit up like a Christmas tree over it! And somehow, even though the wait had seemed endless up until now, the announcement almost made it harder to wait those final hours!
I didn’t watch it on GMA, so I can’t tell you when it actually premiered, but I’d lay odds that it was shown in the back half of the three-hour broadcast. It went online at 7:50am Eastern. And more or less broke the Internet for a while.

One thing I learned from watching the bonus disk for TFA is about the chess board. The creatures did the same moves in ANH and in TFA. One more thing to add to how both movies are alike. Or is that just a nod to the first Starwars?
