In the wake of the report yesterday about the limited toxicology screenings done during the performance of Carrie Fisher’s autopsy, I’m talking in today’s podcast about Billie Lourd’s statement to the public about the announcement, as well as taking Billie and Carrie up on their challenge to be more open about one’s personal struggles around mental health issues.
Also on today’s podcast, I’m opening up about my recent surgery to deal with a malignant melanoma (skin cancer) diagnosis. And for everyone who’s already sent me positive thoughts and good wishes for a speedy recovery, thank you from the bottom of my heart. So far, the prognosis seems positive, and I should hear about the results of the tissue analysis by the end of this week.
Yes, a bit heavier today on the podcast, and thank you very much for your support of it!
