What’s the deal with Admiral Raddus? And more specifically, where is Admiral Ackbar in all of this?
We see Ackbar directing the evacuation of the Yavin IV base in the Princess Leia comic a while back, which takes place seconds after the end of A New Hope. So he had to be in the neighborhood of Yavin IV at least, Ackbar did, for goodness sake. What his role was with the Rebel Alliance before and up until that point isn’t necessarily clear. (I feel like it must be in the comics and I’ve somehow missed the explanation.)
So, lots about Admiral Raddus today, and also about Generals Draven and Merrick while we’re at it…
